This week, balance the mind, body and spirit through Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Master Instructor Gary Tong. Gary will lead you through the relaxed, gentle movements to improve your focus, concentration and breath.
The only thing you need to bring is yourself and make sure to sign up. Space is limited and classes fill up quickly.
